Introduction: My name is LaToya Grant and I am the owner of Grant Staffing & Recruitment, a new, independent recruitment and staffing agency. As a small business we offer a more intimate relationship with our clients and job seekers alike. We take pride in our services and are here to fulfill all of your staffing needs. Grant Staffing & Recruitment also offers remote Administrative Management for potential clients seeking support and relief from the day-to-day needs of the business. Our team will assist with calendar management, travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For recruiting, if there is a successful hire then I am paid a commission. My commission structure is in accordance to the industry but I will always work with the client to come to a place that works for us both. Discounts will be offered for repeat customers or those who need to fill more than one position.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, communication is the most important thing. We will discuss the company itself and the roles that need to be filled. We will also discuss the type of person that would be the best fit based on the culture and needs of the business. It is crucial to have this information so I know what kinds of candidates to target.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MBA in Business with a Minor in HR. I have worked for over 20 years in the finance department of one of the largest advertising agencies in the country and am fulfilling a dream of mine to put my knowledge and degree to great use.
