FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you review the third question, it will explain that everyone that we seek to do business with has their own unique needs that have to be met. We thrive on quality and do not capitalize on ignorance as we are the professionals. We know our overhead, and would like to provide every client with the best price possible for the value. We understand that if you do something nice, clients will tell 100 people...while if you take advantage the future business will be null.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take our time and understand exactly what each client is specifically looking for. Then, and only then, will we know how to precisely make sure that we can give them exactly what they are looking for. As clients look to interview us for what we have to offer, we as professionals have to interview them in return to make sure that we can produce a service or product that "fits" the thought they have pre constructed to make an event a success. We base our business model off quality over quantity; as we are a custom boutique within the industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many Fortune 500 companies, U.S. House of Representatives, and many C-level executives all the way down the line to the average Joe, or better yet the cornerstone of America: Farmers.
