- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my experience and quality of work. You wouldn’t want to hire someone cheap with a lesser skill. That calls for a disaster or a boring party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure everything goes smoothly. So from the time a customer confirms the event, I make sure I have everything they need. Playlists are always welcome. At the end, this is your party not mine.
