- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost for every job is determined by how much volume your items take up in our truck. We'll schedule and appointment to give you a free, no-obligation estimate. We show up, give you a price and if you are happy with the price we take it then and there. If not, no worries - we'll be on our way! No pressure! (Sometimes we can give you a ballpark over the phone, but we like to see your items first - that way we know you're getting an accurate price.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can schedule a time for the Raven Junk Removal team to come out to your residence / property to take a look at your items. At that time our junk removal specialist can give you an accurate price to remove the item(s) you would like us to take. If you like the price we'll take it then and there. If not, we'll be on our way. No obligation / no pressure! We travel with a credit card machine so you can pay credit or cash before we leave. We even have no interest financing available for very large jobs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the junk removal specialists at Raven Junk Removal have a professional mover background and/or are skilled in other trades: building, construction, electrical etc. so if you're looking for light demolition work to remove a hot tub. fence or shed - we can help!
