Competitive fees. I offer discounts for recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out more details about your needs with a telephone consultation. If needed, we can also use Zoom (if requested). After obtaining the necessary details about your job, I will send an invoice/contract with detailed listings of the item(s) to be completed by me, and dates/times of payment(s) due. At the end of the job, client will sign a completion form. *Client can skip signing the completion form for recurring services. * Please note: all services are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your services prior to signing the completion form.

Legal experience: JD, 15 years in IP at USPTO, 12 years in civil and criminal advocacy for the indigent, disabled, and neurodivergent, 7 years in civil courtroom litigation, 12 years working with legal nonprofits General experience: 22 years in education as tutor & college faculty, 16 years in management, 10 years as an engineer, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Computer Engineering, MS Telecommunications Engineering, and MBA
