What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that once appointments are confirmed there’s a same day cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed upon amount. A 20% deposit is required for all jobs $500 or more or customer making payment must be present until work is completed. Payments must be made the same day services were rendered or a $25 daily fee will be applied for the late payment. *When confirming an appointment you agree to these terms.
