On the plus side, Val was responsive and showed up. On the downside, her online estimate was $20 and her in person charge was $85. We were desperate so went ahead, but I don’t appreciate the bait and switch. I am not sure if this is a fault of the app or Val, but I booked for Monday at noon and she told me she could come Tuesday at 10am (after accepting the instant booking). Then she was late on Tuesday without calling or messaging to say she was running behind. She was exasperated when she arrived and really didn’t want to be here. She commented to my boyfriend she was just trying to make enough money to buy a grave headstone. Not sure if she recently experienced a lost or what but she was not pleasant to deal with in person. She missed patches in our lawn. But did finish in about 1/2 hour. Overall, if you’re desperate, go with her. Otherwise, I would find someone more reliable and less expensive. (By comparison I found someone with a legit lawn care business who takes care of a neighbors lawn and he charges $50 for our size lawn).

There is no way a lawn of your size would be twenty dollars seriously 😐. I was very nice as the simple fact your boyfriend had come out and referd me to the neighbors and also I gave him and yourself a very uplifting comment about how exciting that your new home and how great it would look in your back yard . I spent 2 and half hours bc I was late getting my kids and u are in Virginia and it took me a hour to even get to your home . . I also went over it about ten times to do a great job but your approval isn’t in the books . Also I’m not sure why you would bring up the fact I am trying to make money to pay for my daughters headstone that was murderd . I hope you have a better day ! Also if you can find someone to cut your grass for 50.00 I hope you keep them and treat them alittle better . …
