- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take on a very traditional no pressure approach with our clients so that comfortable and well informed decisions can be made. It's more of a service than sales thing for us. While some companies come in and do the 2-3 hour sales assault and same day "deals" we focus on identifying what it is you need, supplying the appropriate solution/design and providing a competitive local estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in the company has 15+ years industry experience, our top most members 40+ with related degrees and coursework in construction management, business administration & marketing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Winfield Enterprises began as a family operation and has expanded since.
