- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fair and based on industry average. There is also delivery costs that an be waived at owners discretion and based on distance. Discounts given at owners discretion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consult if possible. Have client fill out a questionnaire and request inspiration photos if any.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a balloon professional you must constantly train to say on top of the latest trends. I train with top professionals in the industry to improve in my crafts through balloon conventions and retreats.
