FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing covers the cost of both filming and editing, based on the complexity of the production and/or final product being requested. Pricing can vary based on the length of time spent filming, which is usually designated by half-day (anything up to 4 hours) and full-day (anything longer than 4 hours). Incorporating sound capture must also be factored into the aforementioned half-day and full-day rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with a phone conversation to discuss a potential client's needs/vision. This is a good time for both of us to ask important questions, the answers to which will help me to do the best job possible. Upon a verbal agreement, I will draft a video production contract specifically tailored to the client, detailing the responsibilities of all parties (Myself and the client). Upon payment of a 25% deposit, I recognize that the client has secured my services for a previously agreed upon date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am entirely self-taught.
