Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Quality, craftsmanship and design. I have found there are a lot of companies who can do the physical work, but very few have a flare for design. The design process is crucial, and the best work with your hands can come out looking very unprofessional if the design is wrong. The design must me conducive to the space, and I offer full to scale blueprints with every estimate to show exactly how it will look when done. I love building and creating things, from scratch. There is abundant satisfaction in creating a place that the homeowner can enjoys for many years to come. Customer satisfaction is also at the top of the list, nothing better than having a client tell you how happy they are and how great it looks after all the blood sweat and tears you put into the job.

I attend conferences very year to keep up with the latest and greatest technology. Hardscaping, business management whatever information I can find I am there always trying to stay one step ahead of the game.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common types of jobs we do are hardscaping that usually includes a lawn renovation afterwards. Walls and patios for the backyard are very popular, and fresh sod to finish it off usually creates that new yard feel that everyone wants.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My best advice would be to ask a lot of questions, and see how much knowledgeable your prospective hire has in the area you are looking at renovating. It will be very clear what type of contractor you are dealing with just having a brief conversation and talking to them about the project. You want the guy who can not only do the physical work, but maybe suggest a few things design wise that he has picked up with his experience in the field.
