What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a very easy pricing system and with McCutters there are no hidden fees and all discounts are offered in our first conversation with the customer. I charge by the size of the job on specific jobs and others might be an hourly rate depending on the job. I will come and give a free estimate and the customer and I will go from there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically reach out to potential new clients and ask them what would work for them as far as scheduling a free estimate , from there I will give the customer an estimate and leave it totally up to them if they would like to move forward with the job in question with no obligation or pressure from McCutters .
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been an outdoor kind of person and really enjoy being out in nature and there is no better way to enjoy nature than to work in it everyday.
