We had a 1time cleaning after a Holiday weekend with lots of family over and a big mess to clean up. The team was accomidating to my needs and the needs of my home. They were friendly with our dog as well. Scheduling was easy and Tina offers more than 1 option to fit the payment with the cleaning. I spent only the $$ I had available for cleaning.

We have tried many companies in the past years and this one really stood out. The initial cleaning they charged me an hourly rate, [which they apparently do with all clients] makes sense. They go over every detail, make notes on top of already office provided notes all before you pay a penny. Their performance was efficient, perfesional and reasonable in cost. I will be having the biweekly from now on.

Very professional from beginning to end. Tina will work with you to find a cleaning service list that will work with your budget. The first visit is a very thorough cleaning to bring the house up to a level they can maintain. The first visit has a crew of 3 working hard for 4 hours. It was worth every single penny and more! I hadn't thought my house was that dirty since I had had cleaning lady ever since we moved in 17 years ago. They filled up an entire vacuum cleaner bag! We have 2 cats-one of whom is a black 22 lb furball but the crew found fur places I didn't even know had any. The crew not only works hard but they are very professional and work as a team, noting what was done and where to focus on next time. They are my Kelly's Heros! You may get cheaper quotes elsewhere but you won't get better service anywhere. And their prices are reasonable--actually a bargain if you consider the outstanding quality of the work they do. None of this "independent contractor" nonsense-Tina's crews are all salaried employees. And I had no problem getting The proof of insurance emailed to me in less than 2 business days! This is one impressive customer-focused small business I plan to do business with for the foreseeable future! Well exceeded my high expectations!

1. Search them on line 2. Ask questions 3. Check BBB 4. Check References 5. Ask if they provide references (anybody can make up a reference). Commercial ones are less likely. 6. Maybe schedule an appointment to visit the local office. Schedule to meet a team to feel out your comfort level with the cleaners. 7. Make sure you are comfortable communicating with the company you are going with. If you hit it off well with the office and cleaning people then you'll feel comfortable communicating any possible issues.
