- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Mold sampling with inspection and reports start at $289 (one air sample inside and one air sample outside), $50. per additional sample. The outside sample is needed to create a base (tells me what's normal for your indoor environment). The average customer typically get two indoor samples (one outside) for a total of $339.00. Again, the costs include lab fees, reports, inspection and sampling. There are no hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interview the customer over the phone to find out what type of indoor air quality inspection is needed and what type of sampling is needed. I explain my process (ie..visual inspection, moisture testing, air sampling, reports, etc...) and what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Environmental Health and Safety and a certificate in Industrial Hygiene Management from Columbia Southern University. I have a Master Certification from American Association of Building Inspectors and Environmentalist (AABIE) for Microbial Inspections, Microbial Sampling and Microbial Remediation. I am Licensed through The State of Maryland in Asbestos Sampling / Inspector I am an instructor for ACAC in Mold Remediation
