- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For recurring scheduled cleanings of businesses and homes we visit the property to provide a price. For move in, and move out, cleanings we charge $160 per hour for a crew of four to work in Anne Arundel County. In Baltimore County we charge $200 per hour for a crew of four. These rates would drop proportionately if we were to send less workers. For carpet cleaning we charge $50 per room (rooms over 250 square feet count as two rooms), $15 per walk-in closet, or hallway, and $48 per staircase. There are some, optional, additional fees that we would discuss with you when we speak.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With potential new customers we try to give them a ballpark price quote, or time estimate, over the phone so we can see if we meet their financial needs before scheduling an in home estimate. We don't want to waste anybody's time. If we aren't the right fit for you, I wouldn't want you to set aside time in your busy schedule to show us your home. But, if it seems we are the right fit. We like to perform a FREE in-home estimate so we can provide a price quotation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There really is no education or training that would be relevant. I learned through experience. I started this business myself, and cleaned all the properties myself. I hired all the employees myself. In the process of doing all this work I made many mistakes, but I learned from them. So that is my "education."
