This job was done 18 months ago- we do offer 5 years warranty on residential, this property is a rental we provide instructions how to clean and give a good maintenance if you don’t fallow them this is what happens- now thanks for add the picture how you can see the drain cover was removed and leave it on the tub so this was scratching the finish- how the warranty can cover that plus was over the year - tenants normally don’t fallow the instructions and that is the main problem we do over 3000 tubs a year and we do have calls back (3-4 a year) but is normally on rentals and most of the times just need a good cleaning that’s why we always provide a receipt and the instructions To avoid this inconveniences and believe me is no company out there the is going to cover this mistakes plus if is o er the warranty time - here.
