FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With any craft or profession, it is vital to constantly stay updated and abreast of the latest information. Maryland State law requires all real estate agents to complete mandatory continuing education courses in everything from fair housing laws to ethics in order to remain active. In today's society it is imperative that clients are represented by professionals who are on the pulse of the ever changing rules and polices to remain in compliance. We personally take joy in attending such courses to remain fresh and learn new marketing and general real estate tactics to best serve my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
There is no "average job" for us. We do everything from commercial rentals, property rehabs and build-outs to removal of problematic tenants. Be it commercial or residential, single family or multi-unit; tenant placement or tenant holding over, WE DO IT ALL! The common link is that property owners contact A.Brown when they need to see a return on their investment that they can't do on their own or their current management company can't provide.
