- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system isn't complicated. It's $10 for all walk-in classes and they last 1 hour. If you want to schedule private lessons, they vary depending on how many lessons you purchase. For example, 1 lesson is $65 for an hour. 4 lessons is $60 per hour. 8 lessons is $55 per hour and so on. We also hold special workshops and bring in special guest instructors and those prices vary depending on the level of instruction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an instructor, I'm also consider myself to be a student as well! We're constantly bringing in world class instructors to our studio to help us to continue to develop as dancers. In order to be successful and stay relevant, you must continue to grow as an instructor. Once you stop learning, you lose value as an instructor.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that you know from who and where your instructor received their training. Some instructors are self taught instructors and don't know the basic fundamentals that you need when you first start dancing. Also, be aware of the types of style that your teacher has.
