- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 30-minute consult to all interested customers. My prices are for individual sessions which last a full 60 minutes. There is no additional charge for emails, texts or use of my client management system, only coaching sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Process: • Intake meeting — Establish the relationship, identify coaching objectives and design outcome-based action plan. Meet with manager, coaching participant, and any other stakeholders as necessary. • Zoom coaching sessions — Carry out coaching conversations with powerful questions so that desired results can be achieved. Hold two 60-minute coaching sessions via Zoom (phone if necessary) per month for length of the coaching engagement (typically 3-12 months). • On-the-spot coaching — Immediate, just-in-time support via the telephone. If any time-sensitive or urgent professional issues need to be discussed, the client can call their executive coach (outside the scheduled coaching session) during business hours Monday through Friday. • Coaching Console — Our client management system known as the WJMSS Coaching Console and powered by CoachAccountable keeps the coaching engagement running smoothly before, during, and after each coaching session with timely reminders for appointments for the client leading a busy life and coach. The dashboard displays client metrics, actions, overview of engagement, storage of session notes, worksheets and journals all at the fingertips of coach and client for a highly mobile platform easy enough to keep up with for busy executives on the run. • Email support — Unlimited email support between coaching sessions via the WJMSS Coaching Console powered by CoachAccountable. Regular, consistent, and ongoing contact through email helps the client gain support and feedback throughout the week. Response time is within 24 hours. • Access to coaching resources — Provides resources for professional development. Over 100 development tools, learning resources, articles, videos and other content to augment the client’s learning and progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been credentialed by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and certified through Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership - Leadership Coaching Program at the School of Continuing Studies. The program includes 150 contact hours. Additional certifications: Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Certified Diversity Professional, Executive Certificate in Diversity Strategy, Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 (EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360)
