- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a foodie, people person, creative, and a go-getter. This is a fantastic fit. It is challenging, daunting, interesting, and fulfilling. I like the autonomy and challenging myself on so many levels.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I really enjoy private chef events @ a home with other foodies, and One Bite wonders is definitely the way to go for a super successful cocktail/dinner party. Who wants to scoop food, stand in line, and hold a drink and tray. Small apps are fun, functional and keeps the guests moving
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please feel comfortable asking any and all questions to meet your event expectations. The more information I have i.e.: location, theme, staffing needs, layout, food allergies etc the easier it is for us to provide a streamlined proposal and event.
