My team and I have been doing this since 1997, when we helped avoid buyer's remorse by offering the first website in history that streamed videos of video games, online, at dial-up Internet speeds, so video gamers could see before they bought. Working with Mike of UX Design was a great and professional experience. I'm a small business owner and really appreciated Mike's very prompt and professional responses and feedback when he helped my business logo come to life. He is a great communicator & we worked back and forth until he made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the end product, which I greatly appreciated. After a short amount of time, he finished my logo to my exact liking and it turned out perfect.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I typically charge a project rate unless the client is uncertain and just wants to hire by the hour.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When I work with a new customer I typically ask about the obstacle keeping them from moving forward. I tend to work backwards from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a custom-made Undergraduate degree from American University in Multimedia Design and Development. It's the only one of its kind and I invented it after changing it from a Bachelor of Arts to a Bachelor of Science degree. It took 13 months to get it approved and I rolled the dice and took classes towards it without a guarantee it would ever be approved. It was, and now I have the only one.
