As long as you are willing to come with a positive and flexible attitude to traveling in 2026 I will work until you are satisfied! I will do my best to get you the trip you want for your budget, but with that being said if you are ONLY concerned about the bottom dollar amount, then perhaps I am not the agent for you. I will not just book you anywhere, as I want you to enjoy your trip! Budget travel is totally fine, but budget should not be the " end all be all " as there are so many factors to consider when traveling, especially if considering outside of the country!

I found JWA Travel LLC on the internet and was drawn to the site because it was the only one that I saw had 5 STARS, I now know why. I talked with Jen, the owner, and after giving her my thoughts on my trip she helped steer me in the right direction. Then within a few days she had multiple locations, hotels, rental vehicles for me to choose from. She asks questions so that YOUR trip is catered YOUR way. It is very obvious that she puts in a MEGA amount of time to help prepare your trip. She gives you several choses on every aspect of the trip for you to decide from. This way your trip is a much as you want it to be. I would recommend JWA Travel to anyone and am going to let all of friends know. She is worth EVERY star she earns!!

Jennifer was great to work with! My husband and I didn't really know what kind of all inclusive resort we wanted, so Jennifer gave us many options all within our price range. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though I don't work for free as this is my business I also realize that in many cases the customer could " do it themselves" this is why my quote is low. Especially for an initial work session I want the customer to learn about my speciality and commitment of service and not be stuck on a price point. I do a referral service as well for repeat clients and for anyone that comes my way -
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brief email introduction- perhaps a brief call though not necessary - 5-10 key questions. Within 24-72 hours pulling together options - getting feedback and proceeding to the booking- I'm always transparent with the process and maintain lots of communication along the way for my clients from gathering information to payment details- booking and follow up .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my LLC business license and have attended several out of state training conferences and meet and greet sessions with cruise lines and hotel groups. I have personal experience with creating unique adventures for students and their families in which I not only did the planning but also traveled with each and every group as their tour guide leader..... Regarding training, I'm always keeping up to date on the latest changes to flight plans, resort and destination details, etc.... For honeymoon couples I am frequently in workshops and conferences to keep up on all of the important details that are critical when celebrating or having such an event as a wedding or honeymoon.
