- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to stay brushed up on my 'communication' skills. If I don't listen to what a person 'really' wants, I cannot exceed their expectations. One customer did not want us to enter the bedrooms, NO PROBLEM! We were sure to go beyond her expectations, in the other parts of her home, like not just cleaning the top of the refrigerator, but the large crystal vase that rested up there--it made a beautiful gesture!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raise by a life-long Domestic worker, MY MOM! She taught me to love cleanliness and order in a home.
