- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather as much information as we can about the carpet repair and if possible have pictures either text to us or pictures emailed and qualify the job as much as possible with as much information that you the customer can supply us with. Agree on a price and what can be expected from our service and always being honest about what to expect or not to expect. Schedule job, perform the work and thank another satisfied customer with a smile.
