- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Stella Electric offers a flat rate pricing program so you never need to worry about paying by the hour. We charge a $90.00 diagnostic fee for troubleshooting, retail jobs, and proposals. Then we provide you with a thorough explanation of what is wrong, and how we plan to fix it. If you use our service, you only pay the flat rate cost, and your $90.00 is refunded. If you choose not to get the work completed, you only pay $90.00 for our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some jobs can be quoted remotely, we do a lot of recessed lighting, panel replacements, and ceiling fan installations. Other jobs like EV chargers, hot tub installations, and home re-wiring usually require a visit. We like to speak with the customer, understand their needs, and then we either follow up with a proposal, or an in-person visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 3 master electricians on staff. We're licensed in MD/VA/WVA/DC/PA/DE We hold a Home Improvement Contractors License in PA All of our techs attend continuing education seminars and are background checked to stay on the top of their game!
