I started taking a golf fitness class with Ryan about 3 years ago.The class focused on agility,balance,core strength as it relates to golf.I few months after the start of taking the class I felt more flexible and after a round of golf aches and pains seemed to be less noticeable. I started to do one on one training sessions with him.The sessions would reinforce what we were doing in the class. I soon noticed the benefits in my overall health.With the encouragement from Ryan, I embarked on a nutritional program and have lost 38 pounds. I feel great and have more strength and endurance. As a result of all the efforts my golf game is improving ( I still need to consult with my Golf Pro to work on the finer points of the game) and I feel in the best shape that I have been in years!

I have had many trainers over the years but none like Ryan. About a year ago I started my fitness journey. I was in horrible shape 70lbs over weight and suffering from chronic back pain. My doctor told to me I needed to lose weight. I didn't know what to do because I was afraid to move because I didn't want to make the pain worse. After about a month of going to the gym doing cardio only I decided I needed more so decided I to work with Ryan. It was the best decision I could have ever made. I explain my concerns about my back. Ryan assured me that I would be fine and that I needed to build my core. By doing that it would take the pressure off my back. Ryan constantly challenged body to do things I didn't think I could ever do. My body changed quickly, I never plateaued , and I lost 50lbs. I went from a size 16-18 to a size 12 in 7months. Oh and my back pain is almost none existent. The only time my back hurts is when I don't exercise. I never thought I would look forward to exercising!!!!! Ryan has helped me reach my fitness goals and made it fun in the process. I love my Ryan!!!!He's the best Fitness trainer in Maryland.

I've worked with Ryan for over four years now which amazes me. I have never considered myself to be an athletic person, but Ryan found exercises that worked for me. As I continued to meet my fitness goals, he found new ways of challenging me and getting the results that I wanted. Ryan's professional yet friendly and funny demeanor made me enjoy working out. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer.

I've been working out with Ryan for 2 years now. Before I started, I found myself feeling "tight" from sitting at a desk and working on the computer most of the day. By training with Ryan at least 2 times a week I have increased my strength, gained a lot of flexibility and feel much more balanced. I can honestly say that I'm in the best physical shape that I've been since my 20's - and that's been a few years for me !!
