They came to inspect the problem quickly, shared pictures and explained the issue and the needed repair. Most of all, I appreciated their honesty. They easily could have up sold me on a more pricey repair, but they explained that only a simple inexpensive fix was needed..

it was a difficult job where I live requiring long ladder from the front steps up top of 2nd story. He sent me images of the roof where he removed a satelite dish and carried it down on the ladder - it was very heavy. I appreciate his work very much. I would hire him again (he does other work as well as roof).
