you should know that I'm going to charge you a lot less than most plumbers charge I'm going to give you the same job guaranteed better job for a lot less money your problem will be fixed it will be fixed right and your wallet won't be empty
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ask the customer a little further over the phone or by text message to explain their problem a little more and then normally I would get their address come take a look at it and take care of the problem right away
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
have 30 years experience in commercial and residential currently hold a medical gas card for running medical gas pipe in hospitals safety trained have a plumbing license and I'm insured
