Top Remodeling is a top notch company. From the beginning of the process until the end, the contractors and PM were very engaging for every detail. Communication was constant, which is rare in this industry and the quality of the work was amazing. Had 0 issues from beginning to end. Will definitely be using them again for all our future renovations!

Working with Top Remodeling was an amazing and professional experience from the initial meeting, the quoting process, picking the our tile, and finally the installation! I gave the company my specific project details. They set up an appointment quickly and the professional arrived on time. It was awkward though because he was only here for 5 mins because he quickly decided the project was not within his parameters. He seemed annoyed and left quickly leaving me and my partner confused and embarrassed. It was disappointing because I did all of the work to accurately and clearly describe the project, but they sent someone anyways and wasted everyone's time. I wish they hadn't set up the appointment if they knew they wouldn't do the project.

Hi Monica. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. We suggested a handyman for this job, as it was so small. We thought you could save a substantial amount of money by going that route. I am sorry if the project manager seemed annoyed, but I can assure that he was not. Sometimes we can get all the details possible, but once we are onsite, we sometimes decide that we may not be a good fit for the project. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding or bad feelings. My job with this company was finished in July 2025, but I am just writing this review because I just needed a break from thinking about the extreme stress and unprofessionalism we experienced. We had a very difficult time with this company. Ben promised us the world before money was paid and we had hoped that we had chosen the right company, but after we signed the contract, things changed. We were lied to about the permit submission date, according to the county, and we did not feel valued as a customer. No communication, missed appointments, no timeline for work to be done or completed, I could go on. We cut our vacation short for a promised appointment that never happened with no communication!! The work was finally completed, but if I could go back I would never have hired Top Remodeling. If you decide to hire this company, make sure you get a permit for the work to make sure it is done correctly, get a typed contract and do not be pressured to sign until you have had ample time to review it. Also, make sure it includes in the contract that “someone will be onsite to review the work” to ensure it is done professionally and correctly. I wish someone has written an honest review about this company before I hired them. We have more work to be done…but for these reasons I would never consider Top Remodeling again.

Working with Ben to get the quote and then add to it was easy. They started promptly. But then it went downhill. The subcontractors they used were unprofessional, made mistakes that then had to be fixed. Communication with the PM and to them was terrible. I would tell the PM what I needed, and they wouldn’t communicate in time before something was finished the wrong way. No real plan for timing was laid out. For what I paid, I would have expected better finishes on the tile work and caulking. I m satisfied as best I think they can manage with the fixes. Would not recommend them
