I originally called Superior Air when my old AC unit had a leak and had to be repaired. Dave scheduled a time to meet and he was very thorough and professional. He quoted me prices for both the repair vs. a new unit and I opted for the new unit. He gave me a very fair price and his techs had it installed the next week. Unfortunately after a few months, there ended up being a leak in the unit due to a malfunctioning piece. I called Dave frantic and he was able to get the new piece in a few days and they repaired the faulty part quickly. I was kept in the loop the entire time and the work was done in a quick and professional manner. A few months later, a roofing company hired to replace shingles on my condo roof ended up cutting the power lines to all the AC units in my building. I called Dave again, frantic, because the warm season was coming up quickly and Dave came out on 2 occasions, first to discover the cut lines and the second to determine why my unit still wasn’t working after the roofing company “fixed” it. He was very patient and understanding and quickly resolved the problem (some power lines still weren’t connected). My entire experience with Dave has been great, despite my many obstacles. He is friendly, professional, and does a great job (even if you have to call him back many times!).

I contacted Superior Air around 5pm and they reached out to me within an hour. Appointment was scheduled for the following day. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving and get here within the scheduled time slot. He was quick and professional and able to fix the issue without any issues. I would hire this company again for any HVACC needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing yet, because not every problem is the same. different problems comes with a different price. However, we do offer free estimates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and listening to customers concern and request. I prefer to do a personal system troubleshoot of problem. Then I would compare prices for customers and give them a breakdown of cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years with ashworth college in GA. working as field tech ,repairs ,installations since 2010.
