- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing yet, because not every problem is the same. different problems comes with a different price. However, we do offer free estimates!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and listening to customers concern and request. I prefer to do a personal system troubleshoot of problem. Then I would compare prices for customers and give them a breakdown of cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years with ashworth college in GA. working as field tech ,repairs ,installations since 2010.
