I'm a Realtor. One of my clients had purchased her first home just two weeks ago and the air conditioner stopped working. She was understandably upset. I called the big companies and the small companies, all were book and most told me it would be almost a week before they were able to come out. Fortunately the technician from Superior Air squeezed her in on his way home. She called me no more than 15 minutes after his arrival to tell me it was a bad capacitor and she had air again. She was as happy as could be, and that is what matters. I'm sure the technician had been working all day in the heat and was tired and would like to have gone home. But, he was willing to do that one last job to solve my problem. That is service, and because of that I will use this company again.

I contacted Superior Air HVAC via Thumbtack, and in less than ten minutes, I received a response. The technician squeezed me into his schedule since I lived nearby, and by 1 pm, my air conditioner was fully repaired. He was quick, accurate, courteous and the charge was a relief! I can’t tell you what a relief it was to not have to worry about the AC being broken on a really hot day. I also have a 13 year old, big fluffy dog, and I was worried about her over heating. I’m very grateful for the service, and so is my dog, Maggie.

I had superior service from Superior Air HVAC representative Adir today. Adir arrived on time and provided excellent customer service. He did not frown at my old R-22 equipment or try to rush me into a new system. I tagged along while he did his assessment, because I was was a little nervous about what could be wrong. My presence did not intimidate him at all. Adir took the time to discusses his findings and to show me his equipment readings. The diagnostic showed that my sytem was low on freon. He was able to recharge the sytem, while checking the vents and sytem to ensure things were going as expected. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and would definately use them again.

Very good experience with Adir. I was looking for someone to fix my AC late in the afternoon, on a holiday. He responded within minutes and we made an appointment for the very next day. Arrived punctually, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it right away. Very professional and courteous as well. I will definitely contact him again for future needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing yet, because not every problem is the same. different problems comes with a different price. However, we do offer free estimates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and listening to customers concern and request. I prefer to do a personal system troubleshoot of problem. Then I would compare prices for customers and give them a breakdown of cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years with ashworth college in GA. working as field tech ,repairs ,installations since 2010.
