I purchased very thick, very delicate tiles to install on my kitchen backsplash. They needed to be cut, aligned perfectly, and installed cleanly. Alain was fantastic! He was incredibly careful and deliberate in his measuring and cutting. He was timely and professional in his communication and start time for the project (two days). He was also very kind and personable and knowledgeable. Already looking forward to the next project I enlist Alain for!
