Owner, David Garber identified a potential danger with the wiring in one of my rooms and explained in layperson's terms what needed to be done. He was an excellent listener and was clearly confident in what he was doing.
Both his work - and appearance - with "A Brighter Idea" logo on his shirt(!) - were meticulous - and he even wore shoe covers on my beige carpet without being asked.
David is the consummate professional and I would recommend him without hesitation.
