Introduction: I emphasize the importance of mind-breathe-body connection. I tailor my classes to meet what my clients need. I make my clients feel at ease by providing a non judgmental practice. Yoga is for everyone and I make sure my clients experience this. I am a 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga teacher and I am also a trained Yoga Clinician (100-hour). Meeting and interacting with new people and finding out how fascinating and unique each individual person is.

Emmi is awesome! I have done yoga for a short amount of time however I could tell off of the first visit that she really knew what she is doing and helped me focus on key points I have issues with. She also is extremely friendly and easy to work with, I look forward to working with her in the future.

I attended the class for the first time with Emmi. The session was great and so was the instructor!! Emmi is very friendly and pay plentiful attention to everyone in the class. I will definitely go back again. I would give her 5 stars for conducting the session as well as her friendliness, promptness, encouragement, make the session like it is a private session!!
