- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide military discounts; first responder discount; discount to the elderly; and Discounts for new homeowners; we like our prices to be affordable and not overboard. We work with our clients budget and like to accommodate our exceptional services for their dollar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To provide our clients with an in-home estimate. Other times we can accommodate a mobile estimate if we have images or if we know the extent of the services needed to be completed; we can provide ballpark price estimates via mobile estimates. And we educate our clients in the process thoroughly in order for the client to know what to expect during the process; and we educate them on how to take care of their wood floors after the refinished or installation process of their wood flooring project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Maryland Home improvement, commission licensed, insured. Bona Sand and Finish School certification; American Sanders sand and finish school; the National Wood Flooring Association, completed a handful of certificates in installation, the acclimation of hardwood flooring prior to and during installation process of engineered and solid wood flooring; installation certification and badges; and the process of refinishing of hardwood exotic species of Wood flooring; and Rubio Mono-coat attendee.
