From start to finish Terra Insulation was really responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. I needed my attic insulated and the drastic difference in the temperature upstairs as jaw dropping. The upstairs used to be 4-5 degrees warmer than the main floor but now it’s the same. Saving me money on my energy bill as well. Thank you Terra Team!

The guys from Terra Insulation know what they are doing. They showed up on time and spent several days making sure everything was done to a professional standard. Not only did they get the job done but I was able to receive a large-sum rebate for improving our home’s efficiency. I would highly recommend if you live in an old house, to call Terra Insulation.

Jeremy and his team were great to work with! They came and did some testing and gave us a quote a couple of months ago. I loved that they provided multiple different options at different price points that worked for us. We didn’t get the work done as soon as we would have liked (our dog got sick and vet bills added up), but Jeremy continued to work with us on a timeline so we could get the job done! Work was completed in one day and the crew was super friendly, and really went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend Terra!

Initially, this review would have been 5 stars. The initial assessment was professional. I thought the price was high, but the quality of itemized work to be done seems to be outstanding. My total price after the $800 rebate was $5037 dollars. I appreciated the follow-up from Chase to came and restarted my hot water heater that went out after the energy auditor completed their assessment. The team arrived later and then expected on the date of insulation. They texted to be rescheduled while I was on vacation and didn't provide an arrived time or follow-up reminder prior to the appointment. I went to work the morning of the appointment by mistake and tried to confirm the arrival time that morning. I was final given the time that they would arrive between 8:30am and 9am by two different people. I rushed home. They didn't arrive until 10;18am. Finally, no one reviewed the post work with me. Three guys did the work and lifted. I asked one of the guys why they didn't repair the minor access hatch after installing the new access door. He said it was part of the installation order. I was very disappointed because the work didn't look finished. I followed up with Chase and confirmed what the workers had said I. more detail. I thought they might still come back and fix the minor repair on the hack, especially after I mentioned the outside didn't look finished. Chase never responded to my text. I have shared Terra auditor business cards and Chase information with my neighbors and co-workers. Prior to the installation? I expected excellent service and follow-up. I read the other reviews and realized my post experience wasn't unusual. According to the better business, "Terra provides terrible customer service post service. ".. I paid my outstanding balance and wrote this review. I will not recommend this company anymore.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Jeremy and Josh met on a service trip in Patagonia and quickly bonded over their love of basketball, crazy entrepreneurial ideas, and the outdoors. On that trip, they vowed to start a business together and believed there were many overlooked opportunities in the home service sector.
Fast forward a few years, Jeremy was on his computer and read a paper about the staggering environmental benefits of updated insulation. So, he looked upstairs and realized that his own insulation is painfully out of date. He then called 8 different installation contractors and none of them even picked up the phone!
Jeremy decided to call up his old friend, Josh, and Terra Insulation was born. Josh is BPI certified and Jeremy brings years of experience to the team.
We believe that by providing great customer service and by taking the time to do quality installations, we can make it easy for customers to update their insulation, slowing global warming.
We are also donating a portion of our revenue to environmental non-profits to further protect the planet from the dangerous effects of global warming
