- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always transparent with our pricing and offer financing and price-matching on most quotes. We never hide fees and we waive diagnosis fees with service. Additionally our valet service, where we'll pick your car up and drop back to you after service is complete, is complimentary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients, whether new to us or regulars, are able to easily book any maintenance, repair, or detailing service in only a few minutes. Our customer experience managers will work with you to communicate from booking to completion of your service making sure you always know what's going on and we get your car on the road with you quickly, affordably, and safely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly vetted and excellent at what they do with expertise across any make and model. They come with years of experience and ASE certifications.
