- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are reasonably priced and offer various discounts. We also work with insurance companies and bill them directly if there's an insurance claim.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates for all customers. Once we take a customer's information, we set an appointment to meet and assess the scope of work. Our technician will provide an estimate and the customer can set a date to start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews are certified for mold remediation, water damage restoration, Lead removal, Asbestos removal, Radon testing & abatement, and remodeling. Personnel have to go through professional training courses to earn the certifications they hold.
