I am not one to post negative reviews. But after reflecting on my experience with this notary, I feel obligated to post a review so others may be spared of what I went through. She agreed to a job in Chantilly: the location, the cost, the date and time. She confirmed three times via text. The morning I was to get my document notarized, I waited about 10 min past the agreed time, and she didn’t show. I called her. Clearly, she didn’t know it was me because she answered. She told me she was sitting in traffic and would be 20-30 min late. I thought it was rude of her not to give me a heads up she was running late, but I agreed to wait because this document was extremely important. 30 min. Then 45…no sign of her. I called, texted- nothing. She ghosted me. I wasted my morning. I wasted my supervisor’s time. I took off from work for this meeting. I needed the document notarized that day- and this was causing days of stress for me. Henna standing me up, then ghosting me was a truly eye opening experience that people really can be so selfish, unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope she takes the time to reflect on the negative impact her behaviors have on others. I would advise you to find another notary. This was an awful experience. I’d like to add- I was blessed to have found another notary online that came out and took care of things within 2 hours.
