About this pro
I give my clients close attention in making sure they progress. I start them out slowly with exercises based on their capabilities and progress them from there. I wont just give clients work to do because it looks fun or cool. I well also make sure to give them the 'why' in what we do. I like seeing my clients improve and progress. When I hear from one client that exercise got him a good report from his doctor, or another trainer tells me my clients look so much better, That makes me feel great!
Customers rated this pro highly for value, punctuality, and professionalism.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My standard price is $75/50 minutes or $45/30. I also have a new special that I'm running for new clients 3 50 minute sessions for $99.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When I work with a new customer, the first thing I want to do is just sit and talk to them. I want to find out why they are interested in hiring a personal trainer. I want to find out what their fitness goals are. After we chat, we will do an assessment just to see where they are fitness-wise. This gives us a starting point, and will help us see where we are on our goals as we check them every 6 weeks or so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
