- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Music Lessons: All lesson-related music books are included in the price. I provide my students with their music books.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Music Lessons: 1) Assess the student's musical background, goals and preferences as well as their personality and learning style through initial conversations---------- 2) Review Music Lesson policies with the student, and/or their parent/legal guardian if under the age of 18---------- 3) Schedule initial lesson---------- 4) Provide students, and/or their parent/legal guardian if under the age of 18, with Music Lesson Forms for completion (i.e. Music Student Questionnaire, Music Student Contact Sheet, etc.)---------- 5) Provide students, and/or their parent/legal guardian if under the age of 18, with copies of Music Lesson Policies for their review and signature.
