- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the service I can oftentimes offer a flat fee, otherwise my hourly rate is $350.00 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Twenty minute phone or video conference at no charge to the prospective client followed by a personal meeting then an attorney contract is signed and a down payment is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed to practice law in Maryland since 1993, I am also a licensed real estate broker in Washington, DC and Maryland. I also operate a brick and mortar retail business which was established in 2011.
