- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair. I always ask the customer to get at least two estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would typically talk to the customer via a phone call first. Then I like to go and visit the site to see the scope of the work and present the customer with all the options available for their project. The same day I provide a detail estimate for the customer review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in commercial sales managing a large roofing, siding and window company for many years.
