FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Refer a friend to the studio, and both you and your friend will receive an hour lesson for free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in beginning a teacher/student relationship is to start with a 30 minute conversation. I offer this complimentary session to each and every one of my prospective students in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there. If either one of us finds I am not the right teacher for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be.
