As an advent crafter I was heartbroken when my printer started making this horrible screeching sound. One repair person wouldn't touch it and referred me to youtube. Another repair person said it was trash. Mike came and tinkered with my printer for 30 mins and discovered the problem. He took it to his shop and repaired it in a timely matter. I am grateful to say the least that Mike took the time and diagnosed the problem and I am up and printing again!!! I recommend highly fir your printer needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price we charge for labor is very going for our experience service techs. S J Link Inc. parts pricing is very good to. It also up to 1 hour onsite. If we have to bring a part back it is extra charge for labor unless it's a it's job that labor intensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When call is placed. We need information about the machine to be serviced. Make, model and the problem. Then we arrange time to go on site to repair the machine.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the techs. have over 30 year of experience. The techs are certified in all types of equipment. They also cross train on the models they don't have knowledge on.
