Josh went over and above the call of duty to make certain I felt as comfortable as possible as this is my time buying a home. He explained things in full detail and even checked to make sure I understand and offered his time to go over the inspection reports after normal business hours! I fully recommend using his services. Im currently in the process of purchasing a home. I researched home inspectors and Josh had really good reviews so I decided to hire him. I was impressed by his professionalism. He even offered snacks and drinks as I waited around for him to complete the task. He was very patient with me because I had a plethora of questions regarding different findings. Josh was very thorough with this inspection, from top to bottom! The turn around time was very quick. I had the inspection around 3pm and I received the written report around 8/9pm same day! I will definitely be using Josh again! I highly recommend!
