- What types of customers have you worked with?
For my buyer clients, I listen to there needs and wants and develop a "Must Have List". I create an autosearch home profile so they are notified immediately of all homes that come on the market meeting their criteria. Private tours are scheduled for all of their best matches. Once they have decided on "The One", I negotiate the best possible price and terms on their behalf. When they are under-contract, I help them secure financing, inspections, and a title company. I am at my clients side at every step of the process!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Selecting a professional to help you buy or sell your homes is a very important decision. My advice is find someone who is excited about the process and loves what they do. A professional who is knowledgeable and also fun. This can be a stressful time, but if you have the right person they can make it awesome.
