Introduction: We are trademark, copyright and business attorneys. Our founder, Ruth Mae Finch, Esq., has functioned as an intellectual property lawyer since 1978. Her father, Walter G. Finch, established a trademark, patent and copyright practice in Baltimore City and involved in active litigation until his death. Ruth acquired her trade by working with her father for several years. She also served as a Baltimore City Assistant States' Attorney where she gained the nickname "First Degree Finch" for her record of judicial proceeding success. She continues to assist her clients to understand, create and to defend their intellectual property.
