Tons of research constantly and in this industry keeping up with your fellow food truck owners is the best place to begin. Plus of course always certified with a food service managers license.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an interior designer for 30 years and was ready for a change, ready to be creative again, ready to draw on my other skills...what a treat it has been!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The two most common types of jobs: where the truck is hired to be on site and serve your guests or at least a minimum of guests guaranteed OR drop off catering jobs at offices or parties.
