- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size and scope of each project. I provide detailed estimates upfront so there are no surprises later. Larger projects may qualify for package discounts, and I always work with clients to find solutions that fit their budget without sacrificing quality. I do not charge hidden fees — any additional costs, if necessary, are always discussed and approved before work continues. My goal is to offer great value with professional results you can count on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by scheduling an initial consultation to discuss the project goals, timeline, and budget. I then assess the worksite in person to better understand the scope and any specific needs. After gathering all the details, I provide a clear, detailed estimate and project plan. Once everything is agreed upon, I set a schedule and begin work — keeping the customer updated regularly throughout the project. I focus on clear communication, professional workmanship, and making sure every detail meets or exceeds expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
have over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction and remodeling industry as a general contractor. I started my own general contracting company 9 years ago, building a reputation for quality workmanship and reliable project management. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive training through real-world experience, working on a wide range of large-scale residential and commercial projects. My knowledge comes from decades of hard work, continual learning, and staying updated with the latest building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
