What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to start on a phone call with a customer so that we can begin the estimating process. We'll talk together about what kind of work you want to be done on your home and what kind of services that we can provide for you. If everything is in check, we can set up a meeting on the residence in need of work, so that we can come up with an accurate price for the work agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been painting homes in the MD and DC area for around 10 years. We have 30 years of experience installing, creating, and repairing traditional Plaster Molding.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Am I trying to sell my house within the next few years? Am I going to be living in my house for the next 5-10 years? When was my house last painted? Do I have the time or confidence to finish this job by myself?
